The Fund specializes in providing senior working capital revolvers and subordinated term loans. Where appropriate, the Fund is also able to provide preferred equity and other forms of junior capital. Comvest Capital’s strategy focuses on growth-oriented companies, enabling them to grow organically or through acquisition.
The Fund utilizes multiple sales channels, including its proprietary origination platform (New Business Development Group), portfolio management origination, and external consultants, enabling a high volume of quality deal flow.
