Patrick is an Associate and is responsible for underwriting and closing new investments, as well as managing existing portfolio investments, across all industries for Comvest’s direct lending strategy.

Prior to joining Comvest, Patrick was an Associate at RBC Capital Markets, where he specialized in private placements, mergers and acquisitions and other structured financings.

Patrick received an M.B.A. from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a BSc in Accounting from Lehigh University.
